LECLERC VOYAGES
UX/UI Redesign
Over the past 35 years, Voyages E.Leclerc has supported several million travelers around the world. In 2023, more than 750,000 travel customers placed their trust in the brand, generating a total turnover of €746 million.
A true online marketplace, the website offers products from around fifty operators, most of which come in numerous options. We were selected by the agency in charge of project ownership to lead the redesign of the user experience and create a design system. A major challenge.
The commercial strategy of Voyages E.Leclerc is built around a clear objective: maximizing customer value by combining the widest possible travel offering with consistently competitive pricing.
Sales performance is driven by high-impact e-commerce levers—limited-time offers, flash sales, best deals, and last-minute opportunities—designed to create urgency and support decision-making. We optimized and structured these promotional mechanisms to reduce visual friction, strengthen readability, and ensure each offer is immediately identifiable, ultimately improving engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.
The Voyages E.Leclerc website aggregates catalogs from a wide range of suppliers, covering stays, tours, cruises, flights, and travel packages—both bundled and à la carte. Formats, options, and information structures vary significantly from one operator to another, creating a complex and heterogeneous data flow. Our challenge was to structure and harmonize this data into a seamless, unified search and booking experience.
Air ticket sales were previously absent from the offering. We designed a new flight search engine which, like the holiday booking experience, enables users to search for and book flight tickets from both airlines and partner operators.
