What is Sendcloud?
Sendcloud is an e-commerce solution that connects to an online store—via an extension or API—and centralizes the management of all shipping carriers. For online merchants, shipping can quickly become a real headache (to say the least), especially when selling internationally and offering customers a wide range of delivery options (which is highly recommended, as highlighted in their E-commerce Delivery Compass 2025 report).

What does Sendcloud offer?

Sendcloud automatically generates a customizable, brand-aligned tracking page that replaces the carriers’ generic tracking pages. A real added value: customers are not redirected to external websites, resulting in a controlled and more seamless user experience.
Pickup point delivery
Sendcloud is one of the few services able to offer a unified map experience that aggregates pickup points from all networks. Without Sendcloud, customers often choose a pickup point in two steps: first the carrier, then a location on that carrier’s map. With Sendcloud, all pickup points—across all networks—are displayed on a single map, making the process far more convenient for shoppers.
A simplified and automated returns module
