Redesign of the application, UX and design system
At the end of 2020, Fideroit announced its merger with one of its historical competitors, the Harvest group, also a publisher of digital applications for wealth and finance professionals.
During the months preceding the birth of this new entity, we are launching with the Fidiroit teams the total redesign of their reference solution, Fidnet. A major challenge which consists in developing this documentary database into an application capable of managing and developing a customer portfolio.
A multi-device experience
The computer remains the preferred platform for professionals to manage their daily actions. However, some use cases arise as soon as an email is opened on mobile. Some paths, such as creating a customer account, are offered in short or long versions depending on the device used.
Smart features to improve customer intelligence
Fidnet's algorithms analyze the wealth and personal profiles of each client. The application thus generates alerts that allow advisors to detect new opportunities or to initiate awareness-raising actions.
