In just a few years, quality of working life has become a priority area in corporate HR strategies. Physical and psychological well-being of employees is now unanimously considered to have a direct influence on productivity, commitment, turnover and absenteeism.
Spart is one of the new-generation players in this emerging market. The start-up gave us free rein to design an interactive experience that introduced its tailor-made programs.
In June 2022, Spart announced a 1.7 million euros fundraising round.
